Young talent to compete in Kingston this summer!

Many of the world's top sailors aged 15 and under will be racing for gold this summer at the 2010 Optimist North American Championships. Over 200 sailors from North and South America, Europe and Asia will compete on Lake Ontario, sailing out of Kingston's Portsmouth Olympic Harbour. The Canadian Optimist Dinghy Class Association and CORK are happy to bring this event to Canada in support of sailor development. The event includes the individual Championship and Team Racing Championship, with racing scheduled for June 27th to July 3rd, with July 1st as a spare day to explore all that Kingston has to offer.
