The 29er North American and Canadian Championships return to CORK in 2017!

CORK is excited to work with the 29er Class Association once again in 2017.  CORK will kick off another great summer of racing here in Kingston with the 29er Canadians (June 23-25.)

The 29er North American Championships will run as part of CORK International from Aug 13-17th.

CORK hosts annual events in August and September. The 2017 schedule is posted online.

This weekend CORK is hosting 160 optimist sailors, which includes the competitive red, blue and white fleets, as well a developmental green fleet.

 

After a tremendous weekend of sailing, the awards have been presented.

CORK International Optimist Regatta:  Day 2

This weekend CORK is hosting 160 Optimist sailors, which includes the green, red, blue and white fleets.  It has been a hot event with high humidity so far, but Saturday morning’s rain cooled off the sailors. Wind on Saturday was steady at 7 knots shifting from NE to ESE.
